In Lowell you can visit a mill girls boarding house, an operating power loom mill, and take a trolley and canal boat ride.  As the industrial revolution reached a peak the mills in Lowell were in full production.  People worked long hard hours doing often dangerous work for little pay.  Click on the links below to learn more.
